Extra for veteran players: What has changed in Mod 28?

Mod 28 gave us the “Adventures in Wildspace” Campaign including a new Dungeon ("The Imperial Citadel") and a new rank of Enchantments (Celestials). Otherwise, nothing has really changed in the module. Endgame tanks still focus on increasing their damage output or their buff-capability to allies while capping the three most important defensive stats.
Here is a short list of the most important changes in Mod 28:
Celestial enchantments! (But only bound versions ..., see Enhancements for more information)
Collar adjustments in Combined Rating! Finally all of them give reasonable stats (Mythics 500 -> 900 for Sturdy, Supportive and Wayfaring). Due to this the combined rating lost to a new upgraded Celestial Combat Enchantment (-1000 CR) and to the upgraded new Celestial Companion Enchantment (-300 CR) is mostly given back (3x 400 CR vs - 1300 CR)!
Cost decrease for Collars and Insignias plus new cheap Shards of Power and Insignia Powder with Tarmalune Tradebars!
Two good new artifacts (Xeleth's Blast Scepter, Beacon of the Meteor Storm)
A new Artifact that is great for tanks: Scintillating Symbol of Water with its 15% Stamina Regeneration and 1500 IL!
Mostly bad gear (including weapons), with some interesting better choices for Head and ring slots.
A new campaign with 4 Boons
A new dungeon: "The Imperial Citadel"
New mounts: Zodar with its power "Actions Speak louder" and the Jubilee Red Dragon mount with "Mighty Dragon's Roar"
A new Companion "Flapjack", that also increases the Combat Advantage of allies by 5%!
Two new interesting (Dual-Stat) Enchantments:
Kyanite (Crit Strike / Crit Severity, Awareness / Critical Avoidance)
Bloodstone (Power / Combat Advantage, Deflection / Deflection Severity)
