Next to Temporary Buffs, there are several types of reusable and one time usable items. Gadgets take - as Trinkets - a slot in one of the 3 slots in the Potion tray. Thus not all trinkets can be used. The one time usable items like the Champion’s Battle Horn are not worth mentioning and left out. Worth to mentionable Gadgets are:
The Dragonfire: Deals 150 Magnitude Magical Damage + 3 x 100 Magnitude (nerfed from 10x 50 in Mod 29) Magnitude Magical Damage every 2 seconds (not 1!) for a sum of 450 Magnitude damage. (The old tooltip value scales with your current Power, Damage Buffs and INT. On crit hit, Critical Severity is of course used too.) However the DoT part also scales like Mirage Weapons with a hidden value of the strenght of the enemy. In essence, the stronger the enemy the stronger the DoT! Due to this it outdamages the Owlbear Figurine and can be even used twice per Minute! Must take currently. At least in engame content! It reoccurs in Battle Passes.
Technicially the best gadget, as it can be aligned with Artifact Calls. However due to the bug to Dragonfire it is only the second best choice. It uses the Physical Damage Boost. Reoccurs in the Wondrous Bazaar on 'The Day of the Dungeon Master' event. Also reoccurs in Battle Passes. The preffered choice in scaled content where the hidden value of the strenght of the enemy is smaller.
The Neverwintan Hawk: Strong additional Power that deals 630 Magnitude damage. Its advantage is its range. Can be used to get enemies that are further away. Has an annoying long cast time and can be cancelled way too easy. It uses the Magical Damage Boost. It reoccurs in Battle Passes.
The Woundrous Doohickey is with 125 Magnitude a weaker and cheap-to-get version of the Neverwintan Hawk.
The Wondrous Dragon versions with differentiating bonuses from the Collection of Mechanical Eggs. It is extremely strong in dragon hunts, in the Tiamat trial and in the Crown of Keldegonn trial! Due to its rarity it is extremely expensive. There are lower versions from it that are less costly.
The Pristine Siegebreaker's Battle Horn and the Alliance Battle Horn are, due to their long cooldown, pretty useless. Still worth a mention!
